Before I went to bed last night, I looked out the window and shrieked! Everything had a thin blanket of white! It snowed!! The kids were getting ready for bed and got all excited as well. This is the only time of the year that I get so excited to see the white stuff and the kid in me now that I am working in a school thinks - maybe school will be canceled tomorrow?? Hee, hee.
Of course it didn't really stick around by this morning, but it brought back good memories of when I was a kid and my brother and I would mark the calendar when the first snow was and compare it to the last year and run outside in it. Love the first snow!
So guess what i am gonna have to listen to as I do the mountain of laundry? Christmas music of course!

I can't believe it snowed there! I'm jealous! I'm already feeling the Christmas spirit! I can't wait until the day after Thanksgiving to do some shopping and decorating!
I didn't see the snow lastnight.. but this morning I had to take the trash out and saw that there was still snow on some of the leaves in the yard.. then this afternoon I had to go out to the garage and when I walked outside I saw that there was small flacks comeing down.. my favorite time for snow is between thanksgiving and new years.. so I can wait a few weeks.
